Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maya Loka Courses, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Course Enrolment

Enrolment is subject to availability and payment of the applicable fees. We may modify course offerings, content or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment and Refunds

Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment, through our payment partner (Razorpay). This is a digital product delivered instantly, and all sales are final — we do not provide refunds once a course is purchased. See our Refund Policy.

Course Access

On enrolment you are granted access to the course materials for the period stated on that course's page at the time you buy — currently 7 months for the Practical YouTube Success Course and 3 months for the UGC Creator Course. The period that applied when you enrolled continues to apply to you; a later change does not shorten access you have already bought. Access is personal to you; sharing your login or the course materials with anyone else is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked.

Intellectual Property

All course materials — videos, presentations and written content — are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, download for redistribution, or modify any materials without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws. You may not disrupt or interfere with the platform or the learning experience of other users.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. By using the platform you consent to it.

Disclaimer

The course teaches strategies that have worked for us; it does not guarantee any specific result, income or subscriber count, which depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control. Materials are provided “as is”.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maya Loka Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
