No refunds on digital courses
Our courses are digital products. Your access starts the moment you pay: the first day opens straight away and the rest open one day at a time, as described on each course page. Because access begins immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased. Please make sure the course is right for you before you buy — the FAQ answers the most common questions, and you can ask us anything on WhatsApp first.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but you did not get access, or you were charged twice for the same course, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your payment details. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation
As access is granted immediately on purchase, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
